DMW Worldwide Names Deborah Merlino Vice President of Fundraising

Tom Hurley, president of DMW Worldwide LLC’s Non-Profit Division, announced that Deborah Merlino has joined the agency as vice president of fundraising.
Most recently Merlino was with CCA Global Partners in Manchester, NH, where she successfully managed all operations of the marketing department. Prior to that she was account supervisor for Epsilon and was independently responsible for the development, execution, and management of more than three dozen direct mail fundraising programs. Her responsibilities included strategic planning, financial management, and production coordination.
Merlino specializes in business-to-consumer communications in industries that include philanthropy, and she has developed, executed, and managed direct mail fundraising programs for multiple national non-profit organizations.
“We welcome Deborah to our growing team of professional fundraisers,” said Hurley. “She brings a new level of direct response and donor development insight which is important as we grow to serve new clients with highly complex marketing challenges.”
