Warren Hunter, president and CEO of DMW Worldwide LLC, has announced that the agency has hired Margaret Paparella as Web designer and developer and Elizabeth Marsdale as account executive.
In her new position, Paparella will work on client deliverables such as Web sites, microsites, landing pages, and text-based and HTML e-mails. She will also work on DMW’s internal and external corporate Web sites.
Paparella comes to DMW from iPipeline, Inc., an Exton, PA-based information technology company, where she managed a creative design team, developed marketing materials and e-mail campaigns, and designed and maintained the company’s Web site. Prior to that, she held graphic design positions for Perm-Award and Studio 5 Designs, Inc.
“As we continue to mesh interactive and digital with traditional media, we count on the caliber of expertise that Paparella brings,” commented Hunter. “Maggie’s skill set complements DMW’s strengths. Having her on the team helps better position us to meet our long-range growth goals.”
Paparella is a graduate of Lycoming College in Williamsport, PA, where she earned a Bachelor’s degree in Commercial Design.
Prior to joining DMW, Marsdale was an associate account executive for Berwyn, PA-based Euro RSCG 4D, where she managed award-winning programs for clients including Sanofi Aventis and Agilent Technologies. Her areas of expertise include print, direct mail, and video production. She also has experience in marketing, databases, and promotions, having been the manager of Fairman’s Inc. in West Chester, PA.
“Elizabeth brings a well-rounded background that combines direct marketing savvy with hands-on business management, vendor relationship, and customer service experience,” said Hunter.
