Harte-Hanks Expands European Reseller Network for Trillium Software
Tuesday, 22 May 2007
Harte-Hanks Trillium Software (NYSE: HHS), a leading enabler of Total Data Quality solutions, yesterday announced that under its global reseller partner program, it has expanded its European coverage by appointing Visual Management Limited of Helsinki in Finland, Nodes s.r.l. of Rome in Italy, and Ascen Sp. z o.o. of Warsaw in Poland as new resellers.
“Harte-Hanks Trillium Software has an extensive presence across Europe, which we support through our own network of offices and via member companies of the Trillium Software Alliance Programme," said Spencer Joyner, corporate officer and VP, Harte-Hanks, Inc. "We welcome Visual Management, Nodes and Ascen to our global reseller network to help us support existing customers in their respective regions and to serve increasing local demand in these countries for total data quality solutions."
Poland and Finland in particular are experiencing strong economic growth. According to the latest 2007 report from the Organisation for Economic Co-operation and Development (OECD) OECD in Figures – 2006-2007 edition: www.oecd.org/infigures, for the period 1995-2005, gross domestic product grew at an average 4% per annum in Poland and an average 3.5% per annum in Finland.
The average for all OECD countries was 2.6% per annum. The same report also shows all three countries — Poland, Finland and Italy — winning high levels of foreign investment. In 2005, Italy received some US$19.5 billion in direct foreign investment inflows, Poland some US$7.7 billion, and Finland US$4.6 billion.
According to Ed Wrazen, VP of marketing, international, for Harte-Hanks Trillium Software, Trillium Software is enjoying growing demand from large national and international organizations operating in these three countries, complementing growth elsewhere in Europe as firms increasingly understand the importance of good data quality in all their regions to overall business effectiveness.
Demand, says Wrazen, is across multiple processes involving customer-specific data, as well as supply, financial and employee information. Companies frequently seek Total Data Quality solutions — solutions able to improve data right across the enterprise, regardless of language, culture or geography.
Visual Management specialises in data quality, business intelligence, data warehousing and in reporting solutions. Nodes’ specialisation is data quality management, business process management and legacy-to-SOA transformation. Ascen is a respected data quality, data security, and integration consultancy, the company reported.
