AB&C Group Names Gary Kazmer President

Gary Kazmer, a direct marketing expert with over 20 years of experience in catalog and business-to-consumer marketing, has been named president of the AB&C Group, one of the nation’s leading providers of outsourced direct response processing, call center, and fulfillment services for multi-channel marketers.
Kazmer previously held senior executive positions at several prominent direct marketing companies, including QVC, where he was director of strategic planning/facilities, and ShopNBC, where he served as vice president of operations. He also served as senior vice president of customer contact and divisional executive vice president for Redcats USA, also known as Brylane, Inc., whose well-known catalog brands include Chadwick’s of Boston, Lerner Catalog, Lane Bryant Catalog, King Size Direct, Brylane Home, and Brylane Kitchen.

Throughout his career, Kazmer has played key roles in high-profile mergers and acquisitions in the catalog industry. In addition, he is highly skilled at managing and enhancing customer contact and customer service centers, and has designed and staffed several new customer relationship centers and fulfillment centers within the United States. He also has implemented many call center technology advancements to reduce expenses and increase revenue through more targeted customer upselling.
