ProfitCenter Software and Inktel Direct Enter into Strategic Alliance for Multichannel Software and Services

ProfitCenter Software Inc. (PCS), a wholly owned subsidiary of Systemax Inc., and a premier provider of Web-based, on-demand software for multichannel and direct marketing merchants, and Inktel Direct, a leader in outsourced operational solutions to direct marketing merchants, announced that they have formed a formal strategic alliance that will see the two companies expand their relationship and provide The PCS Profitability Software Suite™ to Inktel Direct and its customers. The formal agreement strengthens the existing relationship between the two companies.
In announcing the alliance, PCS and Inktel will deliver enterprise outsourced solutions which will allow the management of all technology, operations, and customer relationships through a single service provider. In addition, the alliance will enable our clients to increase operational efficiency and revenues while decreasing costs with proven experienced partners.
