DMW Worldwide Hires Katie Bernier and Rick Clemons

DMW Worldwide LLC President and CEO Warren Hunter announced that the agency has hired Katie Bernier as account executive and Rick Clemons as creative director. Clemons assumes a management role overseeing agency design functions, spanning both print and interactive media.
Prior to joining DMW, Bernier was an Account Executive/Media Planner & Buyer with EURO RSCG 4D Advertising & Marketing Agency in Berwyn, Pa. In this dual role she served as a key liaison on several accounts, managing both client and media vendor relationships. Bernier is experienced in multi-channel media buys, including direct mail, e-mail, print, and online.
Bernier also served in a sales and marketing role at Nichols Portland, a division of Parker Hannifin Corporation located in Portland, Maine, and as Conference Center Coordinator for Independence Blue Cross in Philadelphia.
“Katie brings a unique mix of expertise to DMW, having managed account work and media planning and execution,” said Hunter. “Her multi-faceted perspective on direct marketing will be an immediate asset to our clients.”
Prior to joining DMW, Clemons was Vice President, Creative Director/Interactive Creative Director for Wilmington, Delaware-based RT&E Integrated Communications. During his tenure there, his work generated significant measurable wins for Fortune 100 and communications clients. Clemons brings to DMW his experience in the financial services, telecommunications, health care, technology, and non-profit markets.
Other previous positions include Senior Art Director for Sheraton Corporation, and Art Director for Paul Reiser Associates, Inc. in Philadelphia. Clemons is a graduate of the Art Institute of Philadelphia.
