DMW Worldwide Brings Karen Okon on Board as Human Resources Manager

Warren Hunter, president and CEO of DMW Worldwide LLC, announced that the agency has hired Karen Okon, PHR, for the new position of Human Resources Manager.
Prior to joining DMW, Okon was a Human Resources Generalist at American Institute for CPCU in Malvern, PA, where she handled all aspects of human resources including recruiting, benefits administration, policy implementation, legal compliance, and employee relations. Okon also spent five years in the human resources department at Euro RSCG Devon Direct, where she held positions of increasing responsibility.
“As an agency that continues to grow and change, it is important for us to have someone in a leadership position with regard to human resource management,” said Hunter. “Karen brings important skills and abilities to DMW and we’re fortunate to have her join the team.”
Okon holds a Professional in Human Resources (PHR) certification. She also completed the Human Resources Certificate Program at Villanova University and earned a B.S. degree in Human Resources Management from Cabrini College.
