Epsilon Names Paul Dundon Chief Financial Officer
Thursday, 04 January 2007

Epsilon, a provider of multichannel, data-driven marketing technologies and services, last week announced that Paul Dundon had been promoted to chief financial officer from his position as senior vice president of finance.

According to Epsilon, with more than 20 years of business accounting and operations experience, Dundon plays a critical role on the company’s management team as it continues to pursue growth and expansion opportunities in 2007 and beyond. Dundon is based in Epsilon’s Wakefield, MA office and will continue to report directly to President and CEO Michael Iaccarino.

Prior to joining Epsilon in 1998, Dundon held senior positions within the financial and operational groups at Summit Technology and Data General. At both companies, he strategically managed business processes to transform them into drivers for new sales growth. Dundon holds a Bachelor of Business Administration degree from St. Francis Xavier University in Nova Scotia, Canada.

“I’ve worked closely with Paul for more than a decade, and I have experienced firsthand his remarkable business acumen and commitment to financial excellence,” said Michael Iaccarino, president and CEO of Epsilon. “Paul’s expertise has been pivotal in helping to develop and execute Epsilon’s rapid growth and expansion strategy, and he is one of the lynchpins securing our continued ability to expand while maintaining our focus on profitability.”

As chief financial officer, Dundon will continue work closely with the others on the senior leadership team to direct Epsilon’s strategic growth in the marketing services industry.

Under Dundon’s watch in 2006, Epsilon experienced tremendous organic growth and successfully integrated multiple acquisitions, including DoubleClick Email Solutions (now part of Epsilon’s Interactive Services group), Big Designs, Inc. (now part of the Agency and Direct Services group), CPC Associates (now Epsilon’s Data Services group), and late last month announced its intention to purchase Abacus in a deal that is expected to close in the first quarter of this year, following regulatory approval.

Epsilon said 2006 also would be remembered as the year Epsilon distinguished itself as the only provider to be ranked a leader in both the e-mail and database industries by Forrester Research with the release of the Forrester Wave: Database Marketing Services Provider, Q1, 2006 report.

The company also announced several significant new client wins and multichannel engagements including BMC Software, MyFamily.com, M.D. Anderson Cancer Center, and more, and expanded its leadership team with the appointment of Ralph Searfoss, EVP, Cross-Channel Sales.
