List Veteran Mary Calabrese Joins Direct Media

Direct Media has announced that 20-year list veteran, Mary Calabrese has joined the company’s Consumer Brokerage group.

Mary comes to Direct Media from The Millard Group where she spent 8 years as both a list and insert broker. Her primary area of specialty is the consumer catalog arena, with particular expertise with those offering children’s apparel and merchandise, women's apparel, home décor, travel, food and gifts. She also has experience working with non-profit and business-to-business mailers. Prior to her time at Millard, she was employed for 12 years at AZ Marketing Services.

She joins the company with a well-respected, longstanding reputation in the industry. Larry May, Direct Media’s CEO states, “Mary is a dedicated full-service list broker. She uses her experience to offer in-depth list recommendations, circulation planning, marketing analysis and growth strategies. She is known for her excellent customer service and negotiation skills. She also works closely in leveraging the cooperative database files for her clients”

Calabrese is the third prominent broker to recently come to Direct Media. Last month, with the acquisition of Clark-Mackain, Lorrie Mackain and David Clark joined the firm, each bringing over 20 years of brokerage experience.
