Lane Bryant Catalog Reveals Its New Name Woman Within
Only the Name Changes, Everything Else Stays the Same

Redcats USA, a multi-channel home shopping provider specializing in apparel, lifestyle & domestics and sporting goods, officially revealed that “Woman Within” has been selected as the new name for the Lane Bryant Catalog.

Woman Within is a familiar name to the customer, as it has been a successful intimates catalog for the past fifteen years, and embodies the spirit of our customer who already counts “Woman Within” among her favorite brands. Redcats USA confirmed that the customer recognized Woman Within as synonymous with comfort, good fit and suitable style, which made the selection of this name an ideal choice.

“As we transition the first special sizes catalog of the USA to Woman Within, we want to assure our customers that the only thing changing is the name,” said Eric Faintreny, Chairman and CEO of Redcats USA. “To ensure that the transition is seamless to our customer, we will keep our well-known tagline ‘WE’VE GOT IT – Comfort, Fit and Value for sizes 12W to 44W’, our same familiar models, and our same great proprietary brands. In addition, we will keep our mailing list, our catalog layout and designs, and our same dynamic team!”

For many years, Redcats USA has been aware that as of October 2007, its licensing agreement will come to an end and Redcats USA will no longer be able to use the Lane Bryant Catalog name.

To prepare for this milestone, significant resources have been dedicated to this initiative and solid plans laid to prepare for the transition to Woman Within . The transition will begin in late October 2006 when Redcats USA introduces the new name to the customer on the catalog and website, and continue throughout the next year.
