Accela Communications, Inc. a leading on-demand rich media services firm, has announced they have secured AT&T and HP as premier sponsors of a new on-demand video series called INNOVATE. The video series will be syndicated through the IT Video Network, a collection of top information technology Web sites including InfoWorld, ITworld.com, Network World and a range of TechTarget sites.
The syndicate is the first of it’s kind in the IT industry and was created to provide a broad reaching and high quality audience for online video. INNOVATE sponsors receive a variety of benefits including brand association with each of the sites in the network, pre-roll video advertising, direct messaging and lead generation.
“We’re thrilled to release the first two episodes of the INNOVATE series with strong sponsor support. Video programming syndication in the IT and other B2B segments is a rapidly growing opportunity for publishers and other content sites, which we effectively support through our core competencies in publishing, rich media production, and our AccelaCast platform. Under this model, we provide real value to our syndicate partners, our sponsors and to program viewers by delivering revenue, results, and engaging content,” said Bill Reinstein, President/CEO of Accela Communications.
Featuring veteran technology journalist Paul Gillin as host, INNOVATE is a 15 minute video journal that taps into the creative energy of the information technology industry by spotlighting people, companies and organizations that are inventing the future. Produced and delivered through the AccelaCast inBanner platform, each episode zeroes in on a topic that is creating excitement in the industry, whether it's a compelling problem to be solved or an opportunity to be explored. The first two INNOVATE episodes focus on business continuity planning and blade server technology.
"Network World is pleased to participate in Accela Communications' INNOVATE program as our audience of IT Executives are always looking for strategic content that will help them leverage their IT investments,” commented Kevin Normandeau, Network World’s EVP Business Development, GM Online. As an online publisher, I am always on the look out for innovative ways to deliver quality video programming that both engages the audience, and achieve the sponsors marketing objectives."
