Think Partnership, provider of interactive performance-based marketing and related Internet technologies, introduced TeleCPA(TM), a proprietary software application and turn-key service aimed at increasing revenue for merchants through live telephone follow-up on incomplete Internet transactions.
According to an Internet Retailer report, 75 percent of online shopping carts are abandoned by consumers. TeleCPA enables merchants to successfully recover 5-15 percent of these abandoned carts by following up with a customer service telephone call to assist the customer in completing the transaction.
Supported by TeleCPA's unique software technology, TeleCPA customer service agents answer questions, review selling points, and offer further incentives to help customers complete their transaction. This automated process is performance-based, so merchants pay only for successfully completed transactions.

After adding multi-tenant capability and offering this program to a limited group of existing marketing partners, the company demonstrated this could be a valuable service for all Internet merchants and marketers.
