Merkle Hires Rick Gross as Chief Financial Officer

Merkle, a database marketing agency, announced that it has hired Rick Gross as its new Chief Financial Officer (CFO). In this role, Gross will oversee Merkle's financial operations and planning. The CFO role is a new position at Merkle. Previously, the role was performed jointly by members of the company's senior leadership team.
Gross brings nearly 20 years of financial management experience to the position. Before joining Merkle, he spent four years as vice president of ARC International Corp., a business advisory firm. Prior to that, he served as chief financial officer of a global technology company and a regional staffing firm. Earlier in his career, Gross held various senior-level management positions at Hechinger Company, a national retailer. He began his career at PricewaterhouseCoopers. Gross currently serves on the NASDAQ Listings and Qualifications Panel.
