Warren Hunter, president and CEO of DMW Worldwide, the full-service direct response advertising agency, has announced two hires. Kevin Kane has joined the agency as senior account supervisor, and Jennifer Warner-Freeman has come onboard the agency’s Decision Support team as senior marketing analyst.

Kane will support DMW’s commercial account group, with primary responsibility for clients in the insurance and financial services sectors as well as business-to-business and technology.

Kane comes to DMW from Roska Direct where he was an account director, serving clients such as Rohm & Haas, Invisible Fence, and Yellow Book USA. He has also held senior-level marketing, business development, and account management positions with L-A Advertising, Information Resources, Inc., Backe Communications, MRO Advertising, Lieberman-Appalucci, and The Weightman Group. Kane’s client list includes such notables as Beck’s Beer, Whitehall-Robins, Playtex Consumer Products, Clairol, Exelon Corp, and ALPO Petfoods, Inc.

During his career, Kane also founded an outsourced marketing/sales services firm, The Vincentshire Group, which executed a major brand revitalization for the U.S. candy subsidiary of Cadbury-Schweppes.

“Kevin has deep experience in all aspects of marketing with expertise in direct response marketing, branding, strategic planning, marketing project management, marketing and sales force integration, and business development — all areas that will serve our clients well,” said Hunter.

Warnr-Freeman worked with Marsh Affinity Group Services on the AARP account where she developed predictive models, customer profiles, and the data dictionary for a large data warehouse. Most recently, as a consultant for Qualex Consulting and Analytic Solutions her responsibilities included developing customer profiles, regression models, Web-based reporting engines, and segmentation strategies. Warner-Freeman is also an expert in SAS and is becoming a SAS Certified programmer.

“Jennifer’s hiring is an important step in our long-term plan to develop a world-class analytics and lead processing capability,” said Hunter. “Our decision support team offers an increasingly robust analytical toolset to our clients.”

Warner-Freeman is a Penn State graduate with a degree in Business Economics.
