Alterian Expands Online Marketing Platform

Responding to demand for marketing integration, Alterian has announced it has expanded its online marketing capabilities. Alterian has added to its Dynamic Messenger platform the ability to manage and host personalized landing pages, micro-sites, and Web forms as well as the ability to deliver and track content via RSS.
Alterian is a global provider of database marketing, customer insight and marketing execution solutions. The new features transform Alterian’s Dynamic Messenger platform from an e-mail marketing solution to a comprehensive online marketing suite. With the new features, marketers can capture data sourced from landing pages and other Web site traffic. The data can be easily integrated into multichannel databases for sales follow up as well as reporting, analysis and further selection. The integrated online marketing platform also enables Marketing Service Providers (MSPs) and interactive agencies to provide the most complete and cost effective online capabilities to their clients by making multichannel marketing practical.
Alterian is extending the benefits of integrated database marketing to organizations as they grow their online efforts. Leading analysts firms such as Forrester Research warn that as marketing organizations increase their online budgets, they must have the tools in place to capture and act on consumer data and present a consistent customer experience.
