The National Wildlife Federation (NWF) is outsourcing its catalog and web order management, call center, and fulfillment functions to the AB&C Group, a leader in providing multi-channel direct response fulfillment solutions.

NWF, a nonprofit wildlife conservation group based in Reston, VA, is dedicated to “protecting wildlife for our children’s future.” The organization operates nine Regional Field Offices across the U.S. and is joined in its effort to protect wildlife by affiliated wildlife organizations located in 47 states and territories.

NWF seeks to inspire children and adults to be advocates for wildlife through its website at www.nwf.org, four nature magazines, and educational videos. The Federation’s legal and professional staff work on conservation issues with Congress and the Administration. In addition, NWF markets a broad array of nature education merchandise, from wildlife-themed backpacks and bedding to jewelry and home décor, through its National Wildlife print and online catalogs.

According to Cynthia Lewin, NWF Senior Vice President/General Counsel, the organization chose AB&C Group as its fulfillment partner “because of the sophistication of its catalog order management and fulfillment systems and its very strong commitment to customer service.”

The new partnership with AB&C Group, Lewin notes, “marks the first time that the National Wildlife Federation has entrusted critical order fulfillment to an outside partner. We are confident that AB&C Group will provide our members and supporters with fast, high-quality service and personal attention that reflect very positively on the Federation while also improving cost-efficiency.”

“We are very proud to have been selected as National Wildlife Federation’s multi-channel catalog order management and fulfillment partner,” commented Steven L. Gregg, Chief Marketing Officer of the AB&C Group. “We look forward to playing a key role in supporting the National Wildlife Federation’s mission by enhancing its relationships with members and supporters through superior service.”
