Tuesday, 30 May 2006
MBS, a provider of advanced marketing database solutions, has announced the introduction of Klondike 5.5, an enhanced version of its online database solution, at its User Forum, Building Better Solutions.
Klondike® 5.5 will offer MBS' clients new features and functionality that support their ability to target more effectively and measure results across channels for greater understanding of customer behavior. Key upgrades include advanced data mining, campaign management, and report writing enhancements.
Andrea Miskovsky, president and principal, MBS, said, "We chose the theme Building Better Solutions for our 2006 User Forum in recognition of our role as true partners and advisors to our clients. We help design and implement cutting edge solutions that fuel the growth and longevity of their customer relationships across all business units and channels. Klondike 5.5 is just one example of our ability to drive innovative advancements that create valuable business intelligence and support the marketing decision-making process."
Building Better Solutions features an array of speakers, including keynote Michael Tchong of Ubercool LLC, who was selected to complement MBS' focus on providing its clients with forward-looking solutions to a wide range of marketing challenges. Highly entertaining and galvanizing, Michael's speeches provoke thought on why consumer lifestyles have become the way they are, what's behind these changes, and how to prepare for an accelerated future.
Other speakers include Bloomingdale's Joanna Kartalis, who shared a success story on driving double-digit incremental revenue using Klondike's integrated Quadstone analytical solution, Arts and Entertainment's Mike Marino, who presented on AETN's use of the Net Promoter concept to identify best customers and drive greater customer satisfaction, as well as members of MBS' professional staff.
Building Better Solutions was held May 23 and 24, 2006 at the Inn at East Wind Conference Center, Wading River, New York.
