Cole Haan Selects MBS For Database Marketing Services

MBS, a provider of advanced database and interactive marketing solutions, announced that they will be providing direct marketing and CRM services to Cole Haan. These services include strategic guidance, database services, analytics, and e-mail campaign deployment. Cole Haan's contemporary classic products are available at more than 50 retail locations and 25 factory stores, as well as their Web site at www.colehaan.com.
MBS will be responsible for implementing Klondike®, its customized marketing database solution that will enable Cole Haan to gain a better understanding of its customers and their purchase patterns across channels. Klondike, which includes modules for ad-hoc queries, campaign management, and promotion results reporting, will be called upon to facilitate the planning and execution of multi-channel CRM programs aimed at strengthening consumer relationships with the Cole Haan brand.
MBS' Analytical Solutions and Strategic Consulting teams will provide comprehensive strategic, modeling, and analyses services aimed at producing marketing insight and actionable business intelligence to enhance the customer experience across channels, leverage Web and retail programs, drive overall sales, and elevate brand awareness.
