e-Dialog, a proven provider of precision e-marketing solutions, has announced the acquisition of Adinfonitum, Inc., a full-service interactive marketing agency with headquarters in Bellevue, Wash. The acquisition extends e-Dialog’s strategic marketing service capabilities while adding impressive clients, such as Alaska Airlines, American Red Cross, Paccar, Shurgard, and the University of Washington, to the company’s roster.

With ten year’s success in providing state-of-the-art online marketing support, software and services, Adinfonitum brings to e-Dialog a full complement of strategic and tactical account service capabilities as well as creative, technical and business development expertise. To support the strong demand for its solutions on the West Coast, e-Dialog will maintain the Adinfonitum office in Bellevue, Wash. Doug Seto, a principal at Adinfonitum, will assume the role of general manager of e-Dialog’s west coast location.

“We’ve been patient in finding the right counterpart on the West Coast and discovered the perfect match in Adinfonitum. Both companies were founded on the principle that marketers would come to rely on services and technologies to send precise, data-driven communications,” commented John Rizzi, president and CEO of e-Dialog. “Current demand for our solutions couldn’t be stronger and our momentum couldn’t be better. This acquisition instantly puts e-Dialog in a position to provide high-quality client service on the West Coast and we will immediately invest in further expanding our capabilities there.”

One of Adinfonitum’s most notable clients is Alaska Airlines, a top-10 US airline providing scheduled service to 80 destinations in the US, Canada and Mexico. Adinfonitum manages Alaska Airline’s frequent flyer communications program, including its award-winning weekly e-newsletters, promotions, pre-flight notification messages, and electronic statements for the airline’s highly loyal online customer base.

“We are very pleased with this transaction, since it infuses an even greater depth of knowledge, technology and travel industry experience into our e-mail communications,” commented Steve Jarvis, vice president of sales and customer experience of Alaska Air.
