Epsilon Completes Acquisition of DoubleClick E-mail

Epsilon, a provider of multi-channel marketing services, technologies and database solutions, announced the completion of its acquisition of DoubleClick E-mail Solutions under its Epsilon Interactive operating unit and brand.

With the integration of DoubleClick E-mail Solutions’ capabilities and employees, Epsilon Interactive is now a global leader in the e-mail communications industry with an offering that includes industry leading technology, strategic services, thought leadership and client support. Epsilon’s intent to acquire DoubleClick E-mail Solutions was previously announced by its parent company, Alliance Data, on February 14th.

The newly combined Epsilon Interactive creates one of the world’s largest e-mail marketing service providers representing nearly 560 blue-chip brands across the financial services, travel, retail, consumer product goods and media/publishing sectors. The company now has more than 320 employees globally.
