JDG Communications, Inc., announces a Blanket Purchase Agreement (BPA) award from the General Services Administration (GSA), with a potential value of $25M over five years, and is the largest award in JDG's 25-year history.

JDG will provide GSA's new Federal Acquisition Service (FAS) Enterprise Marketing Network with a broad array of advertising, integrated marketing, branding, and communication services across all of GSA's business lines, to increase efficiency, lower government spending, and improve performance.

"JDG's seven-year performance history with GSA will be the foundation for new cost-effective synergies for GSA's advertising and marketing efforts," said JDG President Len Johnson. "Our understanding of government marketing and experience in providing creative design, marketing, and branding services for Federal awareness campaigns makes us well-suited to help GSA achieve its awareness, branding and message consistency goals," he said. Johnson added that he expects to leverage JDG's extensive experience in developing award-winning creative services for the Federal sector to gain greater recognition of GSA's acquisition options.

Working within an established GSA brand identity, JDG's marketing team will provide market research and target audience analysis services; planning and strategic media analysis; and advertising, promotional, and educational tools to support the reorganized GSA.

Recent JDG contracts include a U.S. Agency for International Development (USAID) Branding and Graphic Standards Manual, the Federal Trade Commission's (FTC) "Do Not Call" Registry Campaign, and the Defense Finance Accounting Service's (DFAS) "myPay" awareness campaign.

Recent JDG marketing industry awards for government communication excellence include 2005 Silver Inkwell Awards from the Washington, DC chapter of the International Association of Business Communicators (IABC) for the U.S. Agency for International Development's (USAID) "Global Branding Campaign"; for the Defense Finance Accounting Service's "myPay Awareness Campaign"; for the U.S. Small Business Administration's "SBA Message Development Marketing Research"; and an American Marketing Association Washington Chapter "M" Award, as 2005 Marketer of the Year.
