Viking Vice President of Direct Marketing, Peter Levine, said, "Intellidyn knows and understands the unique needs of the travel industry. Viking is growing exponentially and this year a new ship will quadruple our cruise capacity in the China market. Intellidyn will provide us with one-stop access to the most comprehensive consumer data available anywhere, enabling us to tap an ongoing supply of fresh, qualified leads that we will be able to manage in-house at the desktop level. Intellidyn's sophisticated marketing data and analytics can enable us to identify and market to more qualified new river cruise prospects, and more effectively promote to our existing prospects."
Intellidyn CEO and President, Peter Harvey, said, "We are pleased that Viking River Cruises has selected Intellidyn to provide sophisticated marketing data and analytics to support their rapid growth. Our approach is to use highly predictive, transaction-level data to identify known travelers - especially those known to take this type of excursion. Typically, when we create models for the travel industry, our clients experience booking rate increases 3-5 times greater than with their traditional marketing approaches."
