MBS, a provider of advanced marketing database solutions, announced on Monday it will be providing database marketing services to leading healthcare provider, the Cleveland Clinic.
MBS' database management responsibilities for the Clinic include strategic consulting, analytical solutions, and database design and management. The Cleveland Clinic, located in Cleveland, Ohio, is a not-for-profit, multi-specialty academic medical center that integrates outpatient and hospital care with research and education.
MBS will employ Klondike®, its relational online database solution, which will improve the Cleveland Clinic's strategic marketing process by providing easy access to patient activity and utilization patterns. Klondike, which includes modules for ad-hoc queries, campaign management, and promotion results reporting, will enable the Clinic to uncover meaningful and accurate business intelligence, allowing for healthcare professionals to communicate with patients in a highly targeted, focused, and personal manner.
MBS' Analytical Solutions and Strategic Consulting teams will provide value-added insight, consulting, and management services to the Cleveland Clinic, improving its management of contacts with prospective patients, current patients, and external physicians. The teams will design a contact strategy, encompassing database segmentation, offer development, and format recommendations that will strongly communicate to patients the benefits of choosing The Clinic for all their healthcare needs.
Lissa Napolillo, Executive Vice President, MBS, stated: "We hope to assist the Cleveland Clinic in engendering long term relationships with patients and professionals, by delivering a consistent brand image and message across channels. Our actionable marketing services will improve the Cleveland Clinic's success rate in acquisition and cross promotion efforts."
